Remote Monitoring:
For the ultimate in protective support we can install monitoring software on your servers. This excellent software will keep a constant record on how your server is running and will inform us of any issue that has occurred. Upon receiving notification your dedicated IT Team will swing into active to resolve the issue.

Hardware Maintenance
As with all hardware the inevitable happens and replacements parts are needed we offer ad hoc repairs system where an engineer will normally attend by the next day. Any parts used, labour and travel time will be charged at our standard rates. Should an on-site repair not be possible, the equipment can be removed from site for workshop repair. Loan equipment can be provided, if on-site repair is not achieved, for the duration of the workshop repair.

On-site hardware repairs of notebooks and laptops are difficult due to the proprietary nature of many of the components, and the wide and continuously changing model ranges offered by each manufacturer. Workshop repair, or return to the manufacturer, is normally the best solution although neither of these options result in a speedy repair. We can manage the entire repair process including the provision of a loan laptop for the duration of the repair, installation of any applications required and copying any data from the original notebook's hard disk should there not be a backup.
