For £35 per year you get:-
- Advice helpdesk call us and we will give you the instant support you need to sort your computer problem out. Calls cost £1.50 min (mobiles vary)
- For any hardware problems we have our Ad-hoc service where an engineer will be called out if a repair on site is not possible then we will take it offsite and repair at the workshop. Please note a call out charge is added as well as any hardware costs.
- If you have a problem with your pc doesn’t necessarily mean that an engineer has to be called out with our remote support service we can connect to your computer from our office and deal with your problem.
